THE ACCEPTABLE OUTCOME TRAP

Great people can still produce average outcomes when the system rewards acceptable performance.

Most jobs do not fail. They are completed safely and defensibly, while the hidden breaks in planning, communication, execution, and post-job learning continue to repeat. CoilSync helps make that trap visible and moves the operation toward measurable optimization.

Move coiled tubing operations beyond acceptable outcomes.

CoilSync provides 100% remote coiled tubing performance advisory that aligns stakeholders, supports real-time decisions, and captures post-job learning so operators and service companies can reduce wasted time and improve repeatability.

The problem we solve

You probably do not have a simple pricing problem. Time use, communication, alignment, and incentive design are usually the larger issues. Every extra hour on location compounds total service cost, HSE and NPT exposure, and capital inefficiency.

The Acceptable Outcome Trap

Most coiled tubing jobs are completed by very capable and driven people, and reputable service companies. The challenge is that the current commercial model often rewards acceptable outcomes more consistently than exceptional ones. Jobs get finished, but the same hidden inefficiencies can repeat from well to well.

How CoilSync helps

We align the operation before it starts, support better decisions while it is underway, and capture the wins and learns after the job so the next well starts from a better baseline.

For Operators - Lower total pad spend by reducing the hours you no longer need.

CoilSync helps operators challenge the operational plan, align stakeholders, manage change in real time, and capture the learnings that reduce repeat inefficiency.

Operator value

When coiled tubing operations take longer than necessary, the cost is not limited to the coiled tubing invoice. Every service, supervisor, support company, and risk exposure on location is also time-driven.

What you get

Pre-job alignment, real-time remote advisory, management-of-change support, and post-job performance capture.

Best-fit applications

Aphron, nitrogen, single phase or multiphase fluid system - cleanouts, bridge plug milling, and frac port milling.

For Service Companies - Turn execution quality into stronger ROI.

CoilSync helps service companies leverage lagging performance indicators, improve execution reliability, and structure performance-backed commercial conversations with customers.

The service company ROI problem

When service companies compete at or near average performance and market pricing, superior performance is difficult to monetize. Faster execution at the same hourly rate can reduce customer cost while reducing the service company’s billable hours.

The better model

Leverage performance data to support a scope-bound execution guarantee: if the agreed plan, process, tools, support companies, and wellbore assumptions hold, the service company can stand behind a defined execution window in exchange for a premium rate.

CoilSync support

CoilSync can help service companies convert historical performance into a defensible commercial offer, define on-scope/off-scope rules, and support the job so the performance commitment is more reliable.

Build a performance-backed pricing model

How it Works - Align. Advise. Optimize.

CoilSync supports the operational cycle before, during, and after the job.

Jesse McKinnon is Vice President and Co-Founder of CoilSync, bringing extensive experience in coiled tubing operations across unconventional shale plays in North America.

With a background spanning both field operations and leadership roles, Jesse has developed a practical understanding of the challenges that drive inefficiency in coiled tubing—particularly in time-intensive applications such as multiphase cleanouts, bridge plug milling, and frac port milling.

His work is focused on improving execution at the wellsite, helping operators reduce time on location and lower total well costs through better real-time decision-making and operational alignment.

At CoilSync, Jesse plays a key role in delivering real-time advisory and performance optimization, working closely with field teams, company representatives, and engineers to eliminate inefficiencies as and before they occur - not after the job is complete.

He is committed to advancing more efficient, reliable well servicing practices across North America, with a focus on measurable improvements in execution, consistency, and capital efficiency.
